Whether you are a returning or new customer, we strive to make the ordering process easy for you.  As our name Rapport, inc. suggests, we like to establish a rapport with our customers from the beginning.  All key personnel have a depth and breadth of knowledge that can assist you with any value-added manufacturing project—large or small.

  • Our outside sales people are available to help you imagine the possibilities. We assist some of our customers as early as the engineering concept stage by providing input on potential product sourcing, cable harness suggestions, or battery pack configurations.
  • The manufacturing staff at Rapport inc. utilize designs you provide to fulfill your needs to your specifications.
  • Our ISO 9001:2008 certification ensures that we follow a repeatable process of manufacturing, testing, and quality control that provides our customers with a consistent, quality product every time.
  • Rapport’s fulfillment department receives and ships packages daily, ensuring timely delivery at your location. Every weekday we ship customer packages of all sizes—from small cardboard boxes via UPS and FedEx to multiple pallets of product using large freight carriers. We ship across town or across the world. No destination is out of reach.
  • Members of our customer service staff are available to you 8 am – 5 pm MT to receive customer purchase orders, field your questions, and expedite orders as necessary.
  • The management team of Rapport inc. is available via phone or e-mail to answer any of your questions.
