Solar in a Suitcase

In addition to Rapport’s expertise in battery and cable assembly, we also offer alternative energy solutions like the Ecotricity Eco1800S solar power generator. This compact 1800 watt solar generator is the perfect size for camping, tailgating, powering remote test sites, and short-term power outages. The solar panel extends to approximately 43 3/4” long x 28” wide and sits at an angle with the top at 32” off the ground. The generator is 8” wide x 11” high x 19” long and weighs about 10 pounds. When not in use, the solar panel neatly folds down to the size of a suitcase (31” tall, including the carrying handle) so you can easily transport it to the back yard, the stadium, your favorite camping site, or wherever you need short-term power.

Does the run time include it charging while using? I want one like this to use tailgaiting, but can not tell if the solar panel will charge enough while drawing 400watts from it.

    thanks
