Top management ensures that quality objectives, including those needed to meet requirements for product, are established at relevant functions and levels within the company. All quality objectives are measurable and consistent with the quality policy.

- Deliver products within the requirements of the expected delivery date 98% of the time, excluding any special arrangements for our top 5 customers.
- Commitment to the continual improvement of the Quality Management System.
- Improve customer satisfaction year over year.
